Control of Wind Erosion on Agricultural Lands in the South-East Part of the Ukraine Steppe

Abstract
Investigations were carried out on the agrolandscape where the contour and ameliorative
husbandry with forest she1ter-be1ts were introduced. Since systems of forest p1antations
on the who1e were created on agricultural lands of the Ukraine, this work made an attempt
to use forest she1ter-be1ts as observing points for monitoring of soi1 1oss from
agricultural lands by deflation processes. |
