This Configuration Panel tab allows the user to specify
the weather and wind generators and the location of the WEPS
science model executable files and their commandline arguments.
At the bottom of this panel are three buttons:
OK - closes the configuration window.
Save - saves any changes to the configuration window.
Help - opens general help for the configuration window.
