End Date
The "End Date" is the date which you want the simulation to end.
This date is entered using the following format (mm/dd/yyy), where
'mm' is the two digit month (e.g., 03 for March), 'dd' is the two digit day, and
'yyyy' is the four digit year. Note that the month, day, and year must each be
separated by a forward slash.
A typical run begins on January 1 and ends on December 31 with multiple years
of simulation. However, for those using WEPS with historical data, other start
and ending days and months may be entered. The correctness of WEPS output
has not been verified under these situations. It is known that much of the results
displayed via the WEPS interface will not be accurate, because those reports assume
full calendar year simulations for each simulated year, which is not the case when
the starting and ending dates are not January 1 and December 31.
