The two folders (Windows and Linux) contain required content for NetBeans (currently 8.2) to checkout and run our Java WebStart version of WEPS.

Replace the entire "extide" directory, as "root" in Linux or with "Administrator" privileges in Windows, within the NetBeans installation directory.

The "build" scripts are supposed to document the required changes made in these two NetBeans "extide" directories.
