JClass License Wizard -- Help Page

In order to use JClass products, you need a valid license key. This license is sent to you from Quest Software. If you do not have a license key, click on the Obtain License Key button.

Each JClass product requires its own license key. Licenses are transferable; please visit the Quest website at http://www.quest.com/support, email support@quest.com, or telephone 1-949-754-8000.

In order to use JClass products, you need a valid license key:

You can manage all your licenses for your JClass products from this page.

Add License Key -- Allows you to add the license file to your license database. If you add a license file that contains the same serial number as one that is currently in your license database, you will be allowed to replace the license.
Remove License Key -- Allows you to remove the selected license file from your license database.
View -- Allows you to view the current license you have selected.
Buy Now -- Brings you to the URL that will explain how to purchase JClass products. This button will be enabled only when the selected license is an evaluation version.
Obtain License Key -- Brings you to the URL that will explain how to obtain an evaluation version of JClass products.
Product Site -- Allows you to view information on the JClass product line.

Select the products...
Choose the JClass product for which you want to install your license.

Please choose from the following installation options
You may install your license in the JClass product JAR file(s) and the sample WAR files (ServerViews only). (You may also install your license in both.)

Click on the box beside "Install license in core product JAR file(s)" to install your license in the JClass product's JAR file(s).
Click on the box beside "Install license in example WAR files" to install your license in the JClass product's WAR file(s).
Click on both boxes to install your license in both the JAR file(s) and the WAR files.

Note: You will only see the WAR option if you are installing JClass ServerViews products.

License file has been installed
Look over the locations where your license file has been installed to ensure that the license has been copied to the WAR and/or JAR file(s) that you requested.
