SOD Files

These "SOD" files present a station data inventory of the NOAA/NWS cooperative observer network for each state. They list the

station (coop) number,
station name,
latitude,
longitude,
elevation,
starting date of record, and
ending date of record.

These data files were obtained from the Desert Research Institute Active Coop Station Data Inventory Listings under heading Old NCDC Cooperative Observer Network Inventory (1991) [August 2000].
