Tools Menu

The Tools menu provides access to tools and utilities related to the use of MCREW.

• Convert WEPS Management to NRCS XML Format: converts WEPS management files to the NRCS standardized summary management XML file format. It has two options:
  • Select Individual File: the user selects any WEPS management file, and only that file is converted to the NRCS format.
  • Select Directory: the user selects any directory, and WEPS will convert any management files in that directory to NRCS format, ignoring files not of the WEPS management format.
• Convert NRCS XML Managment to WEPS Format: converts a NRCS standardized summary management XML format files to the WEPS management file format. It has two options:
  • Select Individual File: the user selects any NRCS management file, and only that file is converted to the WEPS format.
  • Select Directory: the user selects any directory, and WEPS will convert any management files in that directory to WEPS format, ignoring files not of the NRCS management format.
• Update WEPS Management Files: updates WEPS management files with the most current crop and operation database parameters.
  • Select Individual File: the user selects any WEPS management file, and only that file is updated with the most current crop and operation database parameters.
  • Select Directory: the user selects any directory, and WEPS will update any management files in that with the most recent crop and operation database parameters, ignoring all files not of the WEPS management format.
