Process: Remove Plant/Residue Material (P 61)

Removes plant and/or residue material from the field. Specific parameter values determine the plant/residue location(s) the biomass is removed from (standing, roots, buried, flat). Its parameters are:

Select Buiomass Pool Type
Specifies what the biomass pool is:
• 1: Crop
• 2: Temporary
• 3: Crop and Temporary
• 4: Residue
• 5: Crop and Residue
• 6: Temporary and Residue
• 7: Crop, Temporary and Residue


Grain (Fruit) Removed
Fraction of grain removed in the process.

Leaf Removed
Fraction of leaf removed in the process.

Stem Removed
Fraction of stem removed in the process.

Storage Root Removed
Fraction of storage root removed in the process.

Fibrous Root Removed
Fraction of fibrous root removed in the process.
