Shoot Tab
The shoot tab is used to define:
- Crop Type
- This contains a choice of the overarching type of the crop.
- Transplant or Seed Flag
- Either 0: Seed or 1: Transplant
- Plant Population
- Describes the populaiton in number per square meter or number per acre.
- Maximum number of Shoots per Plant
- Defines the maximum of the number of shoots each plant can create.
- Starting Depth of Growing Point
- Defines how deeep the plant will start at when growing.
- Location of Regrowth(height)
- Defines the height of the Regrowth of plants after events.
- Planted Mass, Dry Weight
- The weight of the plants, not including water in miligrams per plant.
- Root Storage Mass Required for each Regrowth Shoots
- The mass of roots needed to allow for the regrowth of the crop.
- Ratio of Leaf Mass/Stem Mass in shoot
- Defines the amount of leaf divided by the amount of stem for the crop.
- Ratio of Stem Diameter to Stem Length
- Defines the size of the stem by creating a ratio of diameter to length.
- Heat Unit Index at Emergence
- Defines the amount of heat necessary for the emergence of the crop.
