Opens an existing soil file. This has the same function as selecting 'Open' in the File Menu.
Saves the soil file being edited to the current Project. This has the same function as selecting 'Save' in the File Menu.
These buttons allow the direct manipulation of the overall soil file loaded into the Soil User Interface.
